| 71. Where the water supply or sewerage undertakings carried on by a local authority are transferred to the Board under this Law, the provisions of section 70 shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to and in relation to all officers and servants of the local authority, including members of the Local Government Service, subject to such modifications, alterations o additions as may be prescribed by regulations made in that behalf by the Minister in consultation with the Minister in charge of the subject of Local Government. |
