National Youth Services Act (No. 69 of 1979) - Sect 15

Meetings of the Council

15.
(1) Subject to the provisions of subsection (2) the holding of, the quorum for, and the procedure for the transaction of business at, meetings of the Council, shall be determined by the Council.
(2) Any question arising at any meeting of the Council shall be determined by a majority of the members present and in the case of an equality of votes, the Chairman shall have a second or casting vote.
