(1) The Council may appoint Panels each consisting of a Chairman and such number of members as may be determined by the Council, for the purpose of advising and assisting the Council on the general promotion of any particular activity or activities connected with or incidental to the carrying out of the objects of the Council. |

(2) Any person, whether or not he is a member of the Council, shall be eligible for appointment to any Panel constituted under subsection (1). |

(3) The Council shall have the power to revoke the appointment of any Panel or any member for a Panel appointed under subsection (1). |
