National Youth Services Act (No. 69 of 1979) - Sect 22

Transfer of assets and liabilities of the National Youth Service Council to the Council established under this Act

22. Notwithstanding the repeal of the Voluntary National Youth Service Act, No. 11 of 1967, by section 35 of this Act all assets and liabilities including property movable and immovable and money in the funds of the National Youth Service Council established under the repealed Act, shall vest in the National Youth Services Council established under this Act.
