National Youth Services Act (No. 69 of 1979) - Sect 9

Term of office of member

9.
(1) A member of the Council shall, unless he earlier vacates office by death or as hereinafter provided, hold office as such member for a period of three years.
(2) Any member who vacates office, other than by reason of his removal from office under section 10(1) (a), shall be eligible for reappointment.
