| (1) The Commission shall have the power on its own initiative to undertake periodic investigations or reviews to monitor the compliance by public institutions with the provisions of Chapter IV of the Constitution and may further undertake follow up investigations or reviews to monitor the implementation of its recommendations made in relation to such earlier investigation. |

| (2) The conclusions and recommendations made under the provisions of Part III of this Act may be included either in the annual reports of the Commission, or in its special reports, or issued in special publications whichever form the Commission considers most appropriate. |
