| 6. Section 11 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution, for alt the words from "duplicate" to the end of that section, of the following :- "triplicate of the application duly endorsed in the manner prescribed by the Registration of Documents Ordinance on or before the date fixed by the court for the return of such triplicate, and shall cause a copy thereof to be sent by registered post to the registered attorney of the plaintiff, or where there is no such registered attorney, to the plaintiff.". |
