Police (Amendment) Act (No. 2 of 1968) - Sect 5

Sections 2, 3 and 4 to have retrospective effect

5 The amendments made in the principal enactment by sections 2, 3 and 4 of this Act shall be deemed for all purposes to have come into force on the first day of January, 1967.
