Replacement of section 9 of the principal enactment

3. Section 9 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following new section substituted therefor: -

	(1) The fee for the issue of a passport shall be rupees one hundred and the fee for its renewal shall be rupees twenty per a annum.

	(2) The fee for the issue of a diplomatic passport shall be rupees one hundred and the fee for its renewal shall be rupees twenty per annum.

	3.The fee for the issue of an emergency certificate shall be rupees twenty five and the fee to its renewal shall be rupees ten per annum.

	(4) The fee for the alteration of a passport shall be rupees twenty.

	(5) The fee for the alteration of an emergency certificate shall be rupees ten.".
