Printers And Publishers (Amendment) Law (No. 6 of 1976) - Sect 5

Amendment of section 13 of the principal enactment

5. section 13 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the insertion, immediately after the definition of "book", of the following new definition: -" printer " means the person who is required to make a declaration under section 2 of the Printing Presses Ordinance; '.
