| 15. The provisions of this Act shall not affect the exert case, performance and discharge of police powers, duties and functions in respect of the territorial limits specified by Order made under Item I of List I of the Ninth Schedule to the Constitution, which shall continue to be exercised, performed and discharged by Officers of the Police Force established under the Police Ordinance. |
