Section 33 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (8) of that section, by the substitution for the words "Provincial Public Service Commission of that Province", of the words "Provincial Public Service Commission of that Province, on appeal or otherwise, 'or by the Chief Secretary or, any officer of the provincial public service of that Province, to whom such Provincial Public Service Commission has delegated its powers under section 32". |
