Power of Permanent Secretary to require applicants to furnish information and documents

6. The Permanent Secretary may direct the applicant for a licence to furnish all such information and documents as the Permanent Secretary may deem necessary for the purpose of enabling the Minister to dispose of the application, and if the applicant fails to comply with such direction, the Minister may refuse to issue a licence to the applicant.
