Amendment of section 10 of Act No. 2 of 1988

2. Section 10 of the Provincial Councils Elections Act, No. 2 of 1988, is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section by the substitution, for the words and figures " Article 154B (8) (c) of the Constitution or in case of", of the words and figures " Article 154B (8) (c) of the Constitution or by reason of the operation of section 5A of the Provincial Councils Act, No 42 of 1987 or in the case of ".
