Provincial Councils Elections Act (No. 2 of 1988) - Sect 118

Use of schools as polling station

117.
(1) A returning officer may use, free of charge, as a polling station any school or any portion of a school in receipt of a grant, or in respect of which a grant is made out of moneys provided by Parliament.
(2) A returning officer shall make a good any damage done to, and defray any expense incurred by the person having control over, any such school or portion thereof as aforesaid by reason of its being used as a polling station.
