Provincial Councils Elections Act (No. 2 of 1988) - Sect 121

Prohibition of disclosure of vote

120. No person who has voted at an election under this Act shall, in any legal proceeding to question the election be required to state for which recognized political party or independent group he has voted or the candidate for whom he has Indicated a preference.
