| 93. The Court of Appeal shall have and exercise jurisdiction to try election petition in respect of elections held under this Act. The jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal in respect of its powers under this section shall be exercised by the President of the Court or a Judge of that Court nominated by such President, and references in this Act to "Election Judge" shall be construed accordingly. |
