Primary Courts' Procedure Act (No. 44 of 1979) - Sect 1

Short title and date of operation

1. This Act may be cited as the Primary Courts Procedure Act, No. 44 of 1979, and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister by Order published in the Gazette may appoint.
