Primary Courts' Procedure Act (No. 44 of 1979) - Sect 37

Institution of action

37. Subject to the pecuniary or other limitations prescribed by any law, action may be instituted in the Primary Court within the local limits of whose jurisdiction the plan-tiff or defendant or where there are two or more plaintiffs or defendants, any one of them resides.
