Primary Courts' Procedure Act (No. 44 of 1979) - Sect 39

Pleadings

39. The pleadings in a Primary Court shall be limited to the following:-
(a) the plaint of the plaintiff ;
(b) the answer and claim in reconvention (if any) of the defendant;
(c) the plaintiff's reply to the defendant's claim in reconvention. But where there is no claim in reconvention there shall be no farther pleadings beyond the answer.
