Primary Courts' Procedure Act (No. 44 of 1979) - Sect 50

Procedure at trial

50.
(1) The trial shall be held in the manner prescribed in the Civil Procedure Code for trials in regular actions in a District Court.
(2) The provisions of the Civil Procedure Code relating to judgments and decrees and the execution of decrees shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to judgments and decrees of a Primary Court.
