(1) The Primary Court shall have jurisdiction to summon and examine all witness touching the causes being tried or heard by it and if necessary to issue warrants for the apprehension and production before it of any party or witness and to deal with them according to law. |

(2) The provisions of the Civil Procedure Code relating to summons and warrants shall apply as nearly as possible to summons and warrants issued under subsection (1) of this section and section 42. |
