Presidential Elections Act (No. 15 of 1981) - Sect 100

Certificate and report to be forwarded to the Speaker

100. The Supreme Court shall forward to the Speaker the certificate of the Supreme Court issued under section 98 together with the report made under section 99. The Speaker shall thereupon transmit to the Commissioner such certificate together with such report. such report shall be dealt with as hereinafter provided.
