Presidential Elections Act (No. 15 of 1981) - Sect 5

Registers of electors

5. The register of electors to be used in any electoral district for the purposes of this Act shall be the register of electors in operation for that electoral district on the date of the publication of the Order under section 2 notwithstation to be altered in such manner as he may, in his after the publication of such Order.
