96. An election petition
(a) shall state the right of the petitioner to petition within section 93 ; |

(b) shall state the holding and result of the election; |
|
(c) shall contain a concise statement of the material facts on which the petitioner relies ; |
|
(d) shall set forth full particulars of any corrupt at illegal practice that the petitioner alleges, including; as full a statement as possible of the names of the parties alleged to have committed such corrupt or illegal practice and the date and place of the commission of such practice, and shall be accompanied by an affidavit in support of the allegation of such corrupt or illegal practice and the date and place of the commission of such practice; |

(e) shall conclude with a prayer as, for instance, that some specified person should be declared duly returned or elected, or that the election should be declared void, or as the case may be, and shall be signed by all the petitioners : |
