Public Examinations Act (No. 25 of 1968) - Sect 2

Administration of this Act

2.
(1) The Commissioner of Examinations, hereafter in this Act referred to as " the Commissioner ", and the other officers of the Department of Examinations shall be responsible for the administration of this Act.
(2) The Commissioner may delegate any of his powers or duties under this Act or any regulation made thereunder, to the Deputy Commissioner or to any Assistant Commissioner or to any Superintendent of Examinations of the Department of Examinations.
