Amendment of section 23 of the principal enactment

3. Section 23 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows : -

(a) by the insertion, immediately before the definition of " examiner " , of the following new definition: -

(b) by the insertion, immediately after the definition of " public examination ", of the following new definition: -
