| 46. Upon the confirmation of the sale of the land or of any lot, the court shall enter in the record a certificate substantially in the form set out in the Second Schedule to this Law, in favour of the purchaser. The court may on the application of the purchaser, attach to the certificate a plan of the land or lot prepared at the cost of the purchaser and authenticated by the court. |
