| 51. Where in a partition action an interlocutory decree under section 26 or a final decree of partition under section 36 or a decree dismissing the action or a certificate of sale under section 46 is entered, the court shall cause a copy of such decree or certificate to be transmitted to the Registrar of Lands of the district or of each of the districts in which the land or each of the lands to which such decree or certificate relates is situated, and such Registrar shall duly register such copy under the Registration of Documents Ordinance as an instrument affecting the land or each of the lands to which it relates. No fee shall be charged for the registration of such copy under such Ordinance notwithstanding anything to the contrary in such Ordinance or in any regulation made thereunder. |
