Paddy Marketing Board Act (No. 14 of 1971) - Sect 2

Establishment of the Paddy Marketing Board

2.
(1) There shall be established a Board which shall be called the Paddy Marketing Board (hereinafter referred to as " the Board ") and which shall consist of the persons who are for the time being members of the Board under section 14.
(2) The Board shall by the name assigned to it by sub-section (1) be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
