| 59. Where any compensation payable to any per-son under this Act is not accepted by him when it is tendered to him or where such person is dead or not in existence or not known, it shall be paid to any District Court or Court of Requests, according as the amount of the compensation exceeds or does not exceed seven hundred and fifty rupees, to be drawn by the person or persons entitled thereto. |
