| 6. On the dates specified by the Minister by Order made and published in the Gazette under sub-section (1) of section 4 in respect of hulling and milling of paddy, all licences to carry on the business of hulling or milling of paddy in force on the day immediately preceding that date shall cease to be in force notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agricultural Products (Guaranteed Prices and Control of Hulling and Milling) Act, No. 33 of 1961. |
