(1) For the purpose of enabling the Board to effectively exercise or discharge or perform its powers, functions or duties under this Act or any other enactment the Minister may by Order published in the Gazette issue all such directions as may be necessary with a view to provide for unforeseen special circumstances or to determine or adjust any question or matter for the determination or adjustment of which no provision or no effective provision is made by this Act or such other enactment. |

(2) Within a period of fifty days after the publication in the Gazette of any Order made by the Minister under sub-section (1) the House of Representatives may by resolution revoke such Order, and in the computation of such period no account shall be taken of any period during which Parliament is prorogued or dissolved. Such revocation shall be without prejudice to anything previously done thereunder. |
