Paddy Marketing Board Act (No. 14 of 1971) - Sect 67

Power of the Board to enter into contracts, &c.,

67.
(1) For the purpose of the exercise, discharge or performance of its powers, functions and duties, the Board may enter into and perform all such contracts as may be necessary for that purpose.
(2) The Board shall have the power to establish its own branches or agencies for the purpose of its business or make contracts or other arrangements for such purpose with any person or body of persons (whether corporate or unincorporate) or with Government departments.
