Private Medical Institutions (Registration) Act (No. 21 of 2006) - Sect 2

Private Medical Institutions and persons operating them to be registered

2.
(1) No person shall-
(a) establish or maintain on any specified premises; or
(b) operate or permit any other person to operate,
(2) Any person who contravenes the provisions of subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
