Post Office Savings Bank (Amendment) Act (No. 47 of 1958) - Sect 3

Amendment of section 11 of the principal enactment. [ 2, 32 of 1956.]

3. Section 11 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows : -
(a) in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " of the Bank.", of the words " of the Bank and for the construction of any building for the use of the Bank. " ;
(b) in subsection (4) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " joint names of the trustees : ", of the words " corporate name of the trustees : " ; and
(c) in subsection (6) of that section, by the substitution, in paragraph (a) of that subsection, for the words "joint names of the trustees", of the words " corporate name of the trustees ".
