Amendment of section 3 of Act No. 28 of 1970

2. Section 3 of the Protection of Tenants (Special Provisions) Act, No. 28 of 1970 (hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment") is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (2) of that section.
