Protection of Tenants (Special Provisions) (Amendment) Law (No. 31 of 1974) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 12 of Act No. 28 of 1970

2. Section 12 of the Protection of Tenants (Special Provisions)' Act, No. 28 of 1970, replaced by the Protection of Tenants (Special Provisions) (Amendment) Law, No. 7 of 1972, is hereby amended by the substitution, for the words " four years ", of the words " seven years ".
