Protection Of The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities Act (No. 28 of 1996) - Sect 22

Grant of certificate

22. On receipt of an application made under section 21, the Council shall, having regard to the services and assistance provided by such voluntary organization, grant registration to such organization and issue a certificate to that effect.
