Amendment of section 2 of the principal enactment [3, 1 of 1982]

3. Section 2 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the words " persons who have ceased to be Members of the Legislature. ", of the words "persons who have ceased to be Members of the Legislature and the widows of such persons.".
