Parliamentary Pensions (Amendment) Act (No. 1 of 1982) - Sect 5

Replacement of section 5 of the principal enactment. [5, 1 of 1982]

5. Section 5 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following section substituted therefor;
5. Any pension payable under this Law to a person who has served as a Member of the Legislature, shall be paid only after the person entitled to such payment has ceased to be a Member of the Legislature.".
