Parliamentary Pensions (Amendment) Act (No. 33 of 1985) - Sect 5

Insertion of new section 7c in the principal enactment

5. The following new section is hereby inserted immediately after section 7B and shall have effect as section 7C of the principal enactment:-
7C. Any person entitled to the payment a pension under this Law shall, in addition to such pension, be also entitled to the payment of all such allowances as are currently paid to public officers on their pensions.
