Plant Protection Act (No. 35 of 1999) - Sect 13

Repeal of Chapter 447 and savings

13.
(1) The Plant Protection Ordinance (Chapter 447) is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the aforesaid Ordinance every regulation made muter the repealed Ordinance as is in force on the date of commencement of this Act shall in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be deemed to he a regulation made under this Act and may be amended or rescinded by regulation made under this Act.
