| 13. From and after the date of coming into operation of this Part of this Act, every person, other than a vendor or the Corporation, who on that date has in his possession, otherwise than in the tank of a vehicle, vessel or aircraft, any quantity of petrol in excess of ten gallons, shall, before the expiry period of two weeks from that date, furnish to the Authority a return specifying the quantity of petrol which is in his possession ; and the Authority may, notwithstanding that that person has been approved or deemed to have been approved under this Act as a consumer of petrol, refuse to issue any permit to him in respect of the period during which the quantity so specified will, in the opinion of the Authority, be sufficient for the purposes for which petrol is required by that person. |
