Petroleum Resources Act (No. 26 of 2003) - Sect 1

Short title and date of operation

1. This Act may be cited as the Petroleum Resources Act, No. 26 of 2003, and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may by Order published in the Gazette appoint (hereinafter referred to as the "appointed dale").
