(1) No person shall carry on business as a petroleum operations service sub-contractor except under the authority of a license issued in that behalf by the PRDC. |

| (2) Every person seeking to carry to on business as a petroleum operations serve sub contract ,may in apply to the PRDC in the prescribed from ,for a license in that behalf. |
|
| (3) The PRDC shall on receipt of an application in terms of subsection (2) issue license authorizing the applicant to carry on the business specified in the license if the PRDC is satisfied that applicant is technically qualified to carry on such business and is of good financial standing. |
