| (1) There shall be a Secretariat headed by the Director-General of Petroleum Resources. The Secretariat shall discharge such functions as are to be assigned to it from time to time, by the Cabinet of Ministers. | (2) The PRDC may delegate to the Director-General of Petroleum Resources, all or any of the powers and functions assigned to, or conferred on it by paragraphs (a), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h) and (l) of section 6. |
