| (1) The Minister may make regulations for the purposes of carrying out or giving effect to the principles and provisions of this Act, and in respect of matters that are by this Act required to be prescribed. |

| (2) Every regulation made under subsection (1), shall be published in the Gazette and shall come into operation on the date of such publication or on such later date as may be specified in the regulation. |

| (3) Every regulation made under subsection (1) shall, as soon as convenient after its publication in the Gazette, he brought before Parliament for approval. Any such regulation that is not so approved shall be deemed to be rescind as front the date of disapproval, but without prejudice to anything previously done thereunder. |

| (4) Notification of the dale on which a regulation is deemed to be rescind shall be published in the Gazette. |
