| 182. A Pradeshiya Sabha may by resolution, waive the whole or any part of any shall of money due to the Pradeshiya Sabha from any person on the ground that the amount to be waived is inconsiderable or irrecoverable or on the ground of the poverty of such person. A resolution relating to the waiver of an amount exceeding fifty rupees., shall be subject to the approval of the Minister. |
