| 186. Every breach of a by-law made or deemed by virtue of any written law to have been made under this Act, shall be an offence triable in the manner provided for by the Code of Criminal procedure Act, No. 15 of 1979, by the Magistrate Court having Jurisdiction over the area in which the breach takes place. |
